Peer-to-peer micro-lending for Venezuela. No bank, no mandatory interest, just people trusting people (with a reputation engine so trust isn't blind).

Solution: Built a full lending engine: dual borrower/lender reputation scoring, tiered trust limits that expand with repayment history, manual identity verification, and optional tips instead of mandatory interest. NestJS + Prisma API, Flutter mobile client, Next.js admin dashboard and landing, CI on GitHub Actions, deployed on Railway.

CRM for independent insurance brokers who were tracking commissions in spreadsheets and praying about renewal dates.

Solution: Built a CRM with client and policy management, automated renewal alerts, and commission tracking. Next.js App Router + HeroUI + Tailwind on the frontend, Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage) and Drizzle ORM underneath, transactional email via Resend.

On-demand marketplace for barbers and stylists who travel to you. One app, two modes (client and provider), same login.

Solution: Built a two-sided mobile marketplace: clients browse, book, and pay; providers build a portfolio, set availability, and get paid (same app, mode-switchable from one login). Expo/React Native client, Node + TypeScript API with Drizzle ORM.

On-chain trading analytics for a Solana DEX. Risk scoring, performance heatmaps, and a trade journal, because basic charts are for basic dashboards.

Solution: Built a dashboard with a composite Risk Health Score (0-100 gauge), performance heatmap (hour x day grid), trade journal with tagging, session-based analysis (Asia/Europe/US), Sharpe ratio calculation, and PDF export. Real Solana wallet integration via @solana/kit.
